well folks, I haven't been on for a while been so busy...

where to start?

I got sleeved december 16th 2013 so I am 19 months post op and I have lost 171 pounds...I went from 320 to 145... I feel great!!!!

I proved everybody wrong especially myself! I am a fighter and I never give up...well I almost gave up on myself...until I was sleeved...

I eat good, I work out and I am totally a different person....

I used to weight a big 316 pounds...I got sleeved december 16 2013, I now weight 155 and my surgeon says I have about 10 pounds of loose skin....he is so proud of me.....everybody is proud of me....but my sick little head still wants that perfect little body....I am still not okay with my body....I want breast implants, butt implants, tummy tuck, lower body lift.....never ending list...I work out a lot and I am not seeing curves...after being a big girl my whole life I was always full everywhere...now

Hey yall!
havent been on in a while been so busy!

11 months out 141 pounds lost!

I was feeling great but now I feel like my body is slowing down....I am waiting on test results...I hope its just my B12 and not my thyroid...

on the bright side I got accepted for my tummy tuck PAID by my health card..so so proud about that......waiting to meet the surgeon......

6-7 am : morning coffee multi vit.

7-8 am :-
- 1 cup of vanilla soy milk, 1/3 cup of fruits, 1 tblsp plain protein
-egg white omelette with choice of meat
-over night refrigerated oatmeal ( find recipe on pinterest)
-eggs & turkey bacon

always 8 oz of water in between

10 am
-yogurt & fruit
-turkey sticks & cheese and olives
-sometimes more oatmeal

12 pm
-fish & veggies
