    Hello there, Glad that your surgery came out well and that you are doing well. Keep up the good work and here's to great days ahead.

    Well today is Nov. 3 and I had my surgery October 16th and have already lost 11 pounds! Elated. Still feeling a bit weak and learning how to eat right in the right amounts, when and how to sip liquids but getting there. Have a weight loss goal of total 50 pounds so 1/5 there. The incisions seem to be healing well. Took out the stitches myself two days ago. Everything ok. How are you all doing?
