Hi Everyone, Hope everyone is doing well today!! First of all I want everyone to know I am down 25 LBS from having my Surgery Nov. 12th I am very excited about that and wanted to share that with everyone. Also I want everyone to know I have been doing some Trial and Error Tasting and Swallowing. I'm not saying I have been eating Meals or anything like that because I have not. Good Morning Everyone, I haven't written in awhile just been I guess a bit caught up with my new adventure, having been sleeved and all. The other day I had done some Calculations and Noticed I am only consuming about 300-350 Calories, that is not very much at all. I'm not Hungry don't get me wrong and esecially now that I am on Cottage Cheese, Oatmeal, Yogurt, Unsweetened Applesauce but I'm not getting enough Calories. So what I have decided is to start eating more meals thoughout the day.

Hello Everyone, anyone who has been keeping up with my posts knows that I really know how to do my research and I truely do know what I am talking about. I have tried a lot of different powdered protein drinks and even the protein powders that don't have taste to them unfortunately have a funny smell to them and it was starting to make me gag. So what I have decided to do was try the pre-mixed ones (already prepared at Walmart) I bought the EAS and the Atkins well let me tell you People these

I was Very Excited today because when I got on my scale yesterday I weighed 231LBS when I got on my scale today I weighed 226LBS that is a 5LB Loss I am so happy!!!! I'm all new to this seeing that tomorrow will be one week that I had my Sleeve Surgery. SO I am very excited to say the least!!!

Well its been 4 days since my surgery on Tues. Nov. 12th and one day that I have been home now. The first few days were really rough I mean really rough, from Nausea, to pain, stomach and chest, even a bad headache, breathing problems, Fever, couldn't get fluids in barely could walk. Now on the 4th day out, I'm walking breathing better, getting and keeping fluids in, (its work don't get me wrong) getting my protein in.
