First week back to work went well. Energy level was great, no aches or pains. Managed to eat as close to schedule as possible, however yesterday was the exception. One of my biggest fears is that I will fall back into old eating habits or choices. Of course I can't eat much, however it's just easier to grab and go so to speak. Made it through thanksgiving ,so far no weight gain or lose. Hope to see a change in the scales as I settle back into daily routine. Work is quickly approaching.....wow how time flys when having fun! May the stress begin!

I have been away for awhile. How is everyone. Time has gone by fast, Thursday marks 7 weeks post op. I have hit a few plateaus already. Sometimes get frustrating. I go back to work December 2nd. I'm hoping it will jump start the weight loss again. I seem to b losing around a 1lb every 3 days. ..

A few milestones have been achieved. I can now sit with legs crossed without being uncomfortable. Can now tuck in shirt and my stomach doesn't hang over pants......so exciting!!!!! Amazing how the little things make such a difference...
