    Hi there... I live in Oceanside and I am just starting this process via Kaiser. I met with the dr on Thursday at the Clairemont location. I start my 24 classes this Monday. Do you believe the class were truly a benefit to you. How long after you finished the classes did you have the surgery..thank you
