Did anyone else get pregnant 6 weeks postop?

Help! I am freaking out. Just found out I'm pregnant. I can't believe it ...in utter shock. My husband and I had twins 18 months ago from IVF. My husbands sperm count was low...so low 2 specialists said our chances to conceive were <1 %. When my dr asked about birth control I laughed out loud. I can't believe this. I have lost almost 50 lbs, but worried about the baby. Anyone else have this issue and can offer advice????
