Thanks Pip! I am pretty happy about the fact that I feel great! I'm still just eating full liquids - so soup, pudding, yogurt... So far the weight loss is slow. Trying to be patient.

Don't worry!! It's too early! There are still times I wonder if I have, but it totally depends on two things! What are you eating?? Did you drink 30 mins before? If you are eating chicken salad, soup, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, pudding, cake, chips, that stuff will slide right down. If you eat meat, eggs, protein, beans, salad with meat, etc. you will get full.

I think I really realize it when I go out to my favorite mexican place. I order a child's plate and can't barely eat 1/2 if I'm lucky. Before, I would have had double portions, plus a basket of chips, guacomole, cheese dip, lol.

Honestly I can still eat more than some on here, but I have had no health issues or keeping food down, etc. that they have. Mind you the weight loss is a little slower, but it will come off.

I wouldn't worry at this point in your journey, but I know it's hard because we all do it!
