hi...im 8 days out & doing a little better each day. i havent lost much weight yet post op, only like 2lbs..but im still a little swollen i guess. Ive been walking outside 20-40 min a day and i do okay on my liquids, about 40ozs of crystal light & 2 protein shakes. I have a post op appt on wed to get my sutures out. how are you??

hi no im not excited....the surgeon & the coordinators are not getting along & im stuck now without knowing what to do..im having serious medical issues and now i have no idea what to do but thanks for checkin in

Wow that's amazing! I'm almost 4 months and down 41lbs but I'm a girl, lol! I'm not complaining, I'm passed my halfway mark, and almost to onederland! I'm so glad I did this for myself. I wish the sleeve was more readily available to a lot more people!
