Can anyone tell me why I have a hard time with oranges? Within minutes of eating one I'm running to the bathroom...I love them but they just hurt my tummy so bad and left in toilet forever regretting eating it you'd think I'd learnt lesson. By now
feeling guilty wont be losing this week ugh!

I did it I broke down and had had a small slice of cheesecake..I'm so bad I feel so guilty and now my tummy is making all this noise like a dead giveaway! So now put on my big girl panties and consequences for my weakness bad girl Debbie you were doing so good!

Ever since my surgery on 10/1/13 I have been freezing...usually I'm dripping sweat.....well not dripping but even in the winter I sweat and never use a heavy jacket but I think this winter ..ill be buying the heaviest jacket Ican find.

So on Dec 1st it will mark 2months weight loss been slow but normal I think..finally feeling like I don't have to eat every 2 hours but this morning shocked me after taking my vitamins 15 minutes later got really sick hadnt eaten anything like normally I do..but oh gosh I was sick! My cousin was sleeved Feb 28 and has lost 70 pounds I'm so proud of her and it gives me hope I just can't imagine being 70 pounds lighter so excited.
