Hi Everyone! I know its been awhile. I am 10 weeks post op and 40 lbs down. I know that is good but I am a little discouraged. I see other people numbers and I ask myself why not me? What am I doing wrong? I'm eating solid food maybe I should go back to shakes aka liquid diet. Does it slow down for everyone this soon? It took 2 weeks to lose 4 lbs.

Hi everyone! Sorry its been a couple of weeks since my last post. I am finally 1month post-op! Yay! So I am 31 lbs downs since pre-op! Dr. says I'm healing fine. The itching has subsided for now. I did stall for about week, but I lost 4 last week. On solid food since Nov. 19th. Everything is going down and staying down fine. My onl y problem is when I drink plain water, Sometimes it makes me sick and has to come back up. But its only warm water. If its cold I don't have a problem. Not doing to much

Felling good! No oxygen during the day only at night now, and finally 18 lbs down!

Surgery went well, but complications with anesthesia, recovery in CCU. The pain meds work really well!! Too well because I could barely stay awake.
