    Dang that is what I was afraid you would say....lol Ahhh well like other things in life no easy ways through it. How were your skin surgeries? The stomach one with the incision all the way around scares me a little....how close to your goal weight did you get before skin removal? Thank you so much again for sharing your journey.     It is so great to see a "long term" sleever on here!! You look SOOOO fabulous!!! I was wondering if you would be willing to share any experience/success you have had in managing extra skin?? I am 9 months out and am very happy with my weight loss so far but I was 440 plus pounds and now that I am smaller the skin is definitely saggin!!

super easy...crack eggs in lightly sprayed pan....top with minced spinach tomatoes salsa and a sprinkle of cheese...put the lid on for 5 mins and its done....i like cilantro on mine

Plastics and feelings

I have gotten quite a few messages asking me about lose skin and plastics. I have had plastics. I have had a full fleur de lis TT and my breasts lifted and augmented with the extra fatty tissue from under my arms for balance and for fullness. I also has a revision on my TT recently. When you are super morbidly obese and lose the weight you cannot expect your skin to be awesome after and surely cannot expect for plastics to not need some revision.

Still learning after 6 years!!

I have been through all aspects of this journey...the one constant is that I keep having to relearn how to eat to serve my body. At first it was 600 calories....then 800 calories but the lower my body got in weight the less it had to draw from...my body decided to stop losing weight completely...i got stuck...and I could not figure out why.
