Thank you for adding me as friend. I need perspective with someone closer to my age. I was all excited about getting sleeved but my insurance is dragging this out 3 months with nutritionist appointments
& psych evaluations . I am 54, do they not know I should already know this stuff!! so annoying. My momentum is slowing down and fear and depression is starting. depressed that my life has gotten to this point. Fear of surgery. I just wanted it done already, am so impatient.

Hi Margaret...I hope and pray all is well with u. I see that u have done so well with your weightloss and we both started out at the same weight of 219. I would love to succeed and be around the same weight as u in the same time frame. I know our bodies are different but I feel like u can help me along the way. Also I see that u give people great advice I have a question for u...I had my surgery on Feb 17th and next week I will be moving to stage 4 foods which include lunch meat and low fat cheese, I'm excited my question for u is what does your daily food consumption consist of? Could u give me an example? And also do u work out and if so is it walking, running or what? I'm trying to write me out a good meal plan and workout to follow. Thank u for all your help hun

Four days out and doing great:-) Only problem is the massive headache since being sleeved. No pain, Just feel like I was jostled around on a rollercoaster.
