Hi Janet, I feel pretty much how you sound lol. Each day gets a little easier, after care was horrible in MX for sure, I love this forum for help with any worries or questions we have. Hopefully you were able to sort out an easier arrangement with your arthritis pills? That would be painful. I was at Dr. Almanza's clinic in MX. It's so nice to be home recuperating, isn't it

About to get my sleeve on Thursday and I wanted to check in with you on anything you found was really helpful for you at the hospital and the first week home. I hope you are doing great and happy to share the same month in being sleeved as you. Hoping that we can inspire each other as we shape shift our lives!

Glad to hear your home wow 12 hours that's some trip . Who thinks surgery is an easy fix they are mistaken a hard time getting the liquids in no desire and I have this awful taste in my mouth and my tongue is white have appointment with surgeon Tuesday will discuss . My stomach still sore no more gas issues I think. GOING to venture out tomorrow getting cabin fever . Rest up feel better

HI Janet glad it went well , has far as liquid diet my nut says 3 day clear liquid then back to protein shakes and liquids for 14 days . I'M still having issues with the gas hurts when I swallow . Friday I'm gonna try some protein. Good luck on your trip home maybe ask for a pillow on the plan to hold against your stomach helped me a little in the hospital hang in there this is the home stretch.

So happy to hear your doing well, you'll be sore for a few days, but in a few months you will be saying it was so worth it. I think we all can echo those words about the surgery being behind us!! Heres to your new life on the sleeved side!!!
