    Big Milestone - today is a big day - I'm down 100 lbs.!!! I am beyond thrilled! When I started this journey, I honestly thought oh sure I'll probably lose a little weight, but deep down inside I didn't think it would work for me...I know, negative, stinking thinking! Well, I am so grateful for my sleeve and new lifestyle! I feel so good, have so much more energy and my qualify of life is wonderful, and I actually like how I look now!

    I'm in the very early stage of the gastric sleeve journey. I attended the informational seminar this week and have officially begun the process for gastric sleeve surgery. I'm excited for the future!!
