So I am a week out. Feeling great!!! Went back to work today and have lost about 20lbs. I am hitting the treadmill daily and looking forward to this new beginning......

Still on clear liquids and its ok. I dont feel hingry I just miss chewing and the tastes of some solid foods. I dream of meatballs.....lol!

Finally got my surgery date!!! Dec 23. Its kinda scary that its so soon but I am extremely happy Dr Woodman and his staff were able to get me in before the new year with new insurance and new deductibles. I have 6 pounds to lose by then and am working hard...... I have started walking and some low impact cardio and watching fat content of everything i put in my mouth!!! Had my upper GI pre-op today......definitely not fun! Feeling bloated and like my stomach is doing cartwheels. Tomorrow is my abd ultrasound and I hope to get my actual surgery date by the end of the week......I have been looking into a good protein shake supplement and was wondering what anyone else might like. I was thinking of the unjury brand but was wondering how the lemonade flavor was, I am not big on chalky tasting milkshakes.....
