Re-sizing wedding rings?

My engagement ring is starting to get very loose in the afternoon/evenings and I am starting to think I need to have it re-sized but I still have 18 pounds to go until I hit goal. Should I wait? When it gets loose, I just switch it to my right hand.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Missing salad

I know everyone seems to have different post op diets but I am not allowed to have raw veggies until 3 months post-op.
Does everyone have that restriction? After trying to diet and eat a lot of salads for the past 10-20 years, it is very strange for me to be skipping the salad all of the time.
