Yep, Israel :-). It has been an a,axing trip so far.

Congratulations on your 80 pounds lost, I see you post your food daily and I'm still tracking daily in Myfitnesspal. Still can't believe 10 months have passed already. It has been a great journey so far but personally. I still have at least another 40-50 pounds that I'd like to lose. But I just take each day one by one.

So it's just about dinner time here and I'm hungry after walking around all day so I'll talk to you again soon.

I am doing ok... The pain in the incision where they take out the stomach has been hard to tolerate. Its hard doing anything for myself it seems, so I am relying on family to take care of me. Over all I am feeling great. I am able to get plenty of liquids in so I dont get dehydrated but having issues getting my protein counts to 60.. Nothing taste the same, but I will keep trying new things (protein) until I find one I can tolerate

I was just reading over all the bloggs that you posted over the last few months, I have been looking for words of in couragement and helpful tips. Thank you for giving detailed information I am inspried and in couraged by your words.

Thank you Kenson, it's people like you that keep me motivated too.. I always appreciate hearing from everyone as I don't know anyone personally who has had this journey. I would one day like a friend near me who has had this procedure. Take care and good luck with everything

Hi! How are things going for you? What have been your biggest challenges? Are you still glad you've done this? How much have you lost? I'm at 39 pounds off. That sounds good - but 28 of it came off before surgery! The Dr. said I would lose 20 pound in the first month and another 20 in the second, that's not happening. I guess, for me, since every day is so tough, I just want a reward for the "suffering"! LOL I've been thinking about you, my sleeve sister! Monique
