    You can do it, you are really still recovering from surgery, be patient with yourself, I think sometimes we are grieving for our old selves and the comfort of our "plumpness" it gets better trust me!

Very Emotional

Last night I was an emotional mess. I couldn't stop crying. I kept thinking I was going to fail, what if MY surgery didn't work, am I taking these vitamins/supplements at the right time, am I getting enough water & protein. High my mind was racing the tears were flowing. Ughh. My fiance was very supportive. This morning I'm feeling much better
