Hi everyone, hope you're all well!
I haven't posted in a while, my one year Surgiversary has come and gone. I am down 107 lbs to date, 33lbs to goal
The reason I am posting today is that I have been having some odd health issues, and I was hoping someone on here may have some insight - or maybe someone else is experiencing similar things.

I've been hovering at 180-183 for over a month!! I changed my breakfast back to a protein shake, and got more diligent with my water intake and BAM! 178!! I am at 97lbs total loss!! 3 more pounds till I hit that 100lb milestone!! Woohoo! Go team!

I've been thinking a lot about confidence these days. Before I had my operation, I was reading a lot of info about personality changes during weight loss.
