    Well, here I am down 40 lbs! I just started exercising again. I am not a "mover" so this is hard for me, but my doc says move, so I am. Someone at work told me I had lost a SIGNIFICANT amount of weight! Boy, did that feel good! It's really happening and I am soooo happy....and feel great...and like myself...and have confidence!!!
