Eating too much...?

I have had a great week back to work full-time. I have seen my trainer twice this week, those 2 days I felt so wiped out when I finally got home. Definitely still trying to get used to the pre-surgery routine - go, go, going all day! But, it's all good, and will get easier.
My concern now is that I have hit this stall on the scale 20 days post op, and also feel like I am wanting/able/am eating too much.I know...just relax, everyone hits a stall...) HAHA!! I can read all the posts

I have never thought about or read about food so much in my whole entire life as I have in the last few weeks!
My first week home was great. Got plenty of rest, stomached the clear liquids, broth, jello etc. Second week, started out ok, worked one day and that was all I could handle. I was completely wiped out. All the energy I had saved up from the first week resting was gone in that one day! Food wise, cream soups, protein shakes, everything tasted YUCK! My tastes have changed or
