some good days

Why does it seem that I have some good days & mostly difficult & trying days? I can either drink well or eat well hardly ever both. It can seem overwhelming. There is definitely no doubt about it, the sleeve is just a tool. It's mostly diet, exercise, lots of hard work. Regardless, I must continue to do my best.
