Hi ya! I'm doing really great, actually. Just tired, but I'm sure that will work itself out in the next couple of weeks. How are you doing? Today is your one week! Exciting!!! =)

Hope all is going well for you today! And no, I don't have a date yet. I'm only 3 mon into the 6 mon requried by my insurance I did finally get to meet my surgeon today for the first time. And the great news is that I like him!! Very down to earth and friendly. What a relief!!

How are you feeling?

I'm doing 100% better...nausea seems to be finally subsiding...I feel more energetic and alert during the day. Have been working hard at getting to bed at an earlier and reasonable time so not to be so tired during the day. Still haven't done anything in the way of exercise except walking 4-5 times a week. I just feel exhausted after work and have found it hard to get up the energy to move. Hoping that's going to start improving soon since I'm feeling a little more energy this week. My main issue is eating. I find nothing appetizing. It's really hard for me to eat. I can drink protein shakes-although they disgust me now, and I am drinking water all day...I mostly nibble on food, don't eat normal-for WLS-amounts. Can barely stomach the food right now.
I remember having a hard time with fluids...just do what you can, that's what my surgeon and NUT told me and to sip slowly. I was doing so much better with liquids by the end of the first week. Hopefully it'll get better for you soon.

Yes they are! Your green eye is what caught my attention and then I saw that you just had surgery.

I am definitely feeling better today! Still sore, but I was able to sleep all night which was wonderful! I am trying to drink all my protein and water, and it's hard. I didn't get it all in the last two days, but today I am making myself! Thanks for checking in on me! I am trying to get used to checking out this site daily as well, I'll get better! :P

How are you feeling? I hope you're doing okay...keep moving, that will help you feel better and keep up the water, you don't want to become dehydrated. This is the hard part, you'll feel better every day, promise. Post how you're doing when you get a chance.
