Nausea

I am 4 days out and can hardly get anything down. The nausea is debilitating. I can't even handle clear fluids. I am supposed to be getting 64 oz a day, but can only manage about 4 oz. I've tried water, ice chips, cranberry juice, jello, popsicle. It's not that I vomit what I've been drinking, I just can't seem to get it down. I am only taking about 1/2 a teaspoonful every 10-15 minutes.
Any words of wisdom?
