Hi Vanessa, It's been a while since we connected on here and I was wondering how you are traveling. My weight loss is slow but steady and I am feeling much better for the loss. I have had a purge through my wardrobe and moved on a lot of clothes that no longer fit. I find that with the weight loss I am coping with the heat SO much better which is a blessing.
