Still frustrated

I am just about 3 weeks out from surgery.
I have not lost but 5 lbs. And today...I GAINED!
I am taking all my vitamins
.
Sip water ALLLLLL day long (getting about 5-6 8oz bottles) Not to mention a glass or two of caffeine free tea
I have not been cleared for exercise yet,(hopefully at this next appt next Wen) so I am just walking ALOT
I am getting right around 60 oz of protein in, my shake in the am and using a s/f protein
Immediate stall after surgery?

Hi everyone I had surgery last Tuesday, 10 days ago. I lost a few lbs right after surgery and nothing since. is this normal?
I am drinking water and s/f juice like crazy.
I can handle about 40 oz of protein shake a day.
I am up and around walking alot during the day.
