Hi Alley! Tomorrow's the big day! I have you in my thoughts and prayers and I know you'll be fine! Get up and moving as much as you can after the surgery, it helps the gas move out of your system and that can be an issue. Plus drink lots of water or ice chips...you don't want to get dehydrated. Post and let us know how you're doing when you feel up to it. You'll do fine Alley, just do what they tell you to do.

I know the feeling I was so ready the weight will just start coming off. Most people lose between 20 and 30 lbs in the 1st two weeks. Good luck again!!
