Am I eating to much??? Why am I not losing pls?!

I had the sleeve done on August 2013 it's been 5monts and I've only lost 50 to 53 pds. I have not lost any thing In the last 3 weeks. Am not on any type of diet nor going to the gym. I eat small meals I don't have a problem keeping anything down. So I eat almost everything I used to but very very little of it, I feel like I should still be seeing the pds come off...I want to start some type of diet but don't know which. Does anybody know of any that might help. I went for a size 20/22 to a 14/16
