Its been 1 year since my surgery, life has changed so much since i decided to take control of my weight. I am a little over 10wks out, and i am loving my sleeve, but i think i didnt prepare enough for my sleeve, becuase i find myself throwing up alot lately, especially when i have been experimenting with foods! It bothers me to know i put in all this work and my worst enemy is myself!I dont eat junk or bad food, but i sometimes dont make the best choices. I dont want to be a failure, i just dont know how to kick my self to restart and go back to basics!
