- Biography:
- hello, I am a married mother of two (2) boys ages, 17 and 9. I work full time as a court room clerk. I have been in the process of trying to have this surgery for years and getting this surgery several times, but gave up. I am the queen of excuses, but this time I did it. I have been through the check list from the health insurance company. I have BSBC and just found out that my out that I have an out of pocket cost that the insurance isnt going to pay and that's around $1,320.00. Plus I have to have the Doctors office fill out a 50.00 cost for my FLMA. Oh an big cost shocker...I bought all the supplies that we need (like the protein shacks, vitamins, ect) that cost 407.00 also. So this process is expensive.

I need advise, what are people eating around the one month stage into this lifestyle change? I made the mistake of eating one rib yesterday...I thought I was going to die, I almost raced myself to the E.R. It literally felt like it got stuck in my throat for hours and I couldn't throw it up. I tried re-fried beans for lunch and it was GOOD I've been eating yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, cream of everything (sick of it all). I will never eat another rib again....EVER!!!!!!
