I am scheduled for my sleeve op (along with my hubby) on the 7th October. At this stage I am not fearful but find myself avoiding any negative feedback around possible complications during surgery and post op adjustments. Is this normal?
I am more anxious about the 2 week pre-op optifast liquid diet as I struggle drinking shakes as I immediately want to be sick. Then there is the 3 week post op period of shakes as well. Has anyone done the pre and post liquid diet using the optifast
