As I enter week 4 of being sleeved I am really feeling good. I ate a small piece of baked chicken breast, about the size of a post-it note and I felt as though I just left an all you can eat buffet. I did not have any problems with it either. I was relieved. I had been experiencing acid indigestion real bad especially at night and in bed. Dr. Ortiz recommended 40 mg Prilosec for 1 month. I had relief the first day I took it. He said once my stomach stretches a little the indigestion will be relieved.

Week 3 is here already and I am starting to fell like myself. Still tired, but getting better. I've started the "pureed" part of my diet this week and am glad to have food with taste. It's more of a paste but not bad. I made pea soup and am able to eat 3-4 tablespoons. I am down 40 pounds since my Sept. 27th surgery. Fitting into some clothes I have not worn in a while feels pretty darn good. I am going to start jogging/walking this week to try and increase my energy. Good luck to all

As I enter my second week post-op I am beginning to feel normal. My incisions are healing well and drinking is not as weird as it was. I am on a liquid diet including protein shakes for the rest of the week. Not so bad because I am not hungry. I did experience some heartburn and acid indigestions last week. My doctor recommended using Omeprazole and it has worked. I hope all my other sleevers are doing as well.

Janese,
I cannot express to you, Abraham, Eduardo, Dr. Ortiz and his staff and A Lighter Me how thankful I am. Everything went as planned. Every step described by a Lighter me was exactly as they said. No surprises, which is really good when your in a foreign country. I have already highly recommend using A Lighter Me and going through you to a couple of friends. As I have mentioned, Abraham as the first person you meet from A Lighter Me is a perfect fit, he puts you at ease

Everything went as planned. Every step described by a Lighter me was exactly as they said. No surprises which is really good when your in a foreign country. I am back home now, drinking protein shakes and clear liquids. To be honest I am not hungry. I highly recommend using this company and going through Janese. We had a personal driver the whole time, Abraham and he was a hoot. Being the first person you meet from a lighter me, he puts you at ease and answers all your questions and tells you exactly
