Time off work....

I just started a new job...My job is very life orientated by that I mean they know people live lives outside of work...and don't penalize you for that....and the insurance is great...hints the reason I'm getting my weight lost surgery...LoL...anyways....I was wondering how much time has everyone else been off of work...? I don't do any strainuous work...maybe a little bending and some walking...
