    Wondering how you are doing? Dr. LaMasters is doing my gastric sleeve on October 22nd. I'm getting a little nervous.

    Thank you for the prayer's and well wishes. So far doing well. It is not easy trying to get all 64oz of water and enough protein without stuffing myself. I also still am not sure if I want real food because I am hungry or cause I am tired of water.

I am never going to be 300 again

I have finally joined the under 300 club and it's great. I still wish I knew whether I am hungry or just want food. I am 2 months post op and no major complications. I need to do better on water and protein.
