Not been online for awhile. I'm now 9 weeks post surgery and becoming very depresses regarding lack of weight loss. I am currently sitting at 224lbs and haven't shifted from this weight since September 7th... I'm swimming 4 times a week, using an excessive bike for 40 minutes a day, eating very little portions (all the right foods according to my dietician ) and NO snacking at all... I'm now onto my fourth week after my operation, today I'm feeling tired, but good, started gentle exercise and managed 20 minutes, which is 15 minutes more than I could managed 2 months ago. I think I love my new exercise bike. Can't wait to start swimming again. I don't know how much weight should be coming off, so slightly worried in case I'm eating the wrong foods.

On to my third week post surgery, lost 11lbs, feeling better for it already, moving onto more solid foods on advice of doctor (who I finally managed to get hold of) All my stitcher are gone, and I'm so thankful I'm a quick healer, the last of the bruising is starting to go down, so I no longer look like a punch bag
