Good evening all,

So I am about 4 weeks out from surgery and so far, I feel great! I am down 28 lbs and find that I have more time and stamina to get me throughout the day. I am really amazed with how much of my day was occupied by food. Thinking about what I was going to eat next, what I needed to buy at the grocery, did I have enough in the refrigerator to get through the week? What was I going to make for my work lunches? So I ma more than three weeks out and feeling great! I was worried about the recovery time and how the pain level would be. I was so pleased to find that the recovery was smooth and an easy transition! I am down 26 pounds so far and feeling great! I cant wait to see what it feels like to be 50 lbs down!
