Biography:

I am FIRST and Foremost a Mother of 2 beautiful daughters and "MiMi" to the most amazing grand daughter ever. I am married to one of the most loving and supportive men God ever placed on this earth. I love my family with everything I am and have and know that God has truly blessed me with all of them.
I have found that my weightloss story is different from many people that I talk to. I have not always been over weight, as a matter of fact all through out childhood and my teenage years I was under weight. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 1999 and had to have a hysterectomy and was placed on steroids, that is when my battle really began. In 2003 I suffered a severe back injury and fibromyalgia and again it was more steroids. I basically gave up thinking there was nothing that I could do. Then my Primary Care Doctor talked to me about the Gastric Sleeve....he is also a God send. So now here I am less then a week away from surgery and I am so excited for what the future has in store for me.
