Plastic Surgery.. ugh

So I have not been active on here for a while.. I struggled with a complete stall and was becoming very self concious at the gym working out because of the loose skin... it was jogging with me to its own beat. On January 21st I had the abdominoplasty with panniculectomy and hernia repair. My nightmare began.. 6 units of blood transfused over a 3 day period.. 6 days in the hospital not 1.. pain like I have never known and constant issues for the first four weeks.. I even had a procedure in office

I am coming up on my one year anniversary and instead of being overly thrilled I am stalled and freaking out. Do not get me wrong I am happier, healthier and feeling tons better but this slump seems to be lasting forever. I have changed up my routines, mixed it up a bit but I am just stuck..
I have noticed I can drink more and eat more of certain things than others, I have kept routine appointments with my NUT and she swears this is normal and not to give up.

Mexico and Skin Removal?

So my insurance is fabulous and covered the surgery minus my $100 co pay.. I see a nut free six times a year.. yada yada.. but I am told by my doc that my insurance 100% will not cover any type of skin removal surgery. I am post op 6.5 months and have already lost 112 lbs. I see a lot of people have had surgery in Mexico and swear by the doc's there and the cleanliness and professionalism of the Mexican docs and staff, has anyone gone back for any type of plastic surgery? And what are the costs?

-100 Finally! Woke up yesteday and BAMM hit that -100! Another lb down this am.. 5 months 10 days post op and 100 lbs gone! FOR GOOD!

So here I am teetering on that -100lbs still... ahead of my original Christmas goal but behind in hoping to have bumped it up a few weeks to my 5 month anniversary. And here I sit at exactly 253.0 lbs this am.. I have been fighting .6 oz this past two days watching and waiting for the scale to move.. so I get up this am with every body part I can cross, crossed and jump on the scale after my morning bladder evacuation and bam.. 253.0! Seriously? Bastard! Guess I will be stepping it up this weekend
