I'm doing really well thanks. I had a few hiccups starting purée but it all seems a lot better now. I had 4 teaspoons of oats that got ''stuck" in my stomach and my god that was the most painful scary experience of my life. Had to go back on to thin fluids for a bit. All good now though

Other than that I'm feeling great and have had no nausea at all. I've lost around 12kg since the pre op diet started. I also got my first 'wow you've lost a lot of weight' comment from someone who doesn't know I've had surgery.

How are you feeling? Not long to go now!

Oh sorry to hear that! I hope he feels better soon. Sounds like neither of us got very much sleep. Wards seem very noisy even at night plus I'd slept all day so lay awake most of the night.

Thanks Janny! It all went really well according to my doctor. Can't believe I've finally done it. Was really uncomfortable from the gasses but feeling good now

I'm enjoying eating while I can - I'm not being sleeved until Oct 22nd.
