Is this pain normal???

Hey everyone! I had my surgery on tuesday. Left hospital wednesday. I got sick 2 times thursday. I think it was because i was sipping my water while sort of laying down in bed. I think I have to be sitting straight up for the water to go down without getting sick. Has this been something anyone has experienced? Also in the mornings for the first couple hours I get a horrible cramping in my stomach. The way I can explain is that if feels like a blood pressure cuff is getting tight around my stomach

Help! What do I tell my work?! 😐

Hey everyone! I need some advice. My work is very strenuous on my body. I work as a surgical scrub nurse in a very busy ambulatory surgery center. If anyone is in this field of work you know how heavy trays are and holding patients arms and legs during cases. It is also very fast paced especially since I am the one to close the patient and put dressing on before they are waking up. I then help turn the patient to put the board under to slide them. Some days are very physically stressful on my body
