I'm doing ok so far. I was able to eat a entirer sugar free pudding yesterday slowly in one sitting. I have been adding ice to my crystal light n making slushies. It makes my tummy feel better. Gas is still an issue I keep moving and taking gas x strips. I am also having my protein shakes now. I love them because I've been doing them for years. It takes me like 30 mins to drink 4 Oz and then I'm full for a long time. I haven't actually been hungry yet. But I know I need to eat before I take all my crushed up pills. So I've been forcing myself. pudding is the easiest to get down so I do that for meds.thanks for checking in how r you doing?

Thanks for checking in on me. Your advice was great it helped a lot. I woke up from surgery and asked my husband what the hell did i do. I was in so much pain. It's been a hard few days but I am getting better each day. I just have to be on top of my pain medication and as long as I am I can get up and walk around I even made dinner and lunch for my kids today. I am not hungry at all so I have been making myself eat a tsp of pudding or yogurt here and there. I was able to drink about 5 oz of protein shake today. I cant stand the chicken broth so I've been avoiding that. Thicker things seem better in my tummy. Drinking water and stuff hurt like hell so i have been letting ice chips melt in my mouth. 10 pds down since Monday so that make me happy. How are you doing? I hope all is well with you.

How are you? I miss talking to you! Did you have a nice Memorial Day? Mine was the best in years! I was actually excited about buying a bathing suit and didn't get mad when my niece posted a pic on Facebook. I would have choked her in the past, but I feel so good within myself that it doesn't bother me. I hope to hear from you soon! Feel free to give me a call if you still have my number.

Hello stranger - how are you doing? I have not logged on in forever, isn't that horrible? I got a wild hair and thought I needed to check in to see how my buddies are doing. I hope you are doing well. Nice to see you

You made my morning! Sort of down here, but a peanut butter egg would put a smile on my face! Don't guess I can have that though. LOL Enjoy your Easter! Remember what we eat today will show up tomorrow. lol That made no sense!!!

Excellent work. I hit 53 yesterday. I am going to the gym this morning to try a Bodyworks plus abs class. I haven't done one since months before the surgery. It is going to KILL me, but I have got to get back into exercising. I have let work take over my life and am going to try and put a stop to it right now ! I totally relate to the not liking protein too much, I flip between not liking chicken or beef - then love tuna. I try and take in a protein drink or bar when I hit those phases. How is your hair? I don't think I am losing too much yet - but my hair is very short, so I am hoping that helps. Plus I use Biotin and a shampoo/conditioner called Nioxin. So glad to hear things are going so well. I do wish I had considered this long ago. Oh well, it's done now and I am going to try and live the best, happiest life I can going forward. Keep up the great work !!!

Hey! How have you been? I've been so busy with everyday things I haven't come to the website that much. How are you feeling? I feel great although I've had some hiccups along the way. I'm on Facebook if you'd like to keep in touch there. Sherri Piland Hutcheson. It would be nice to stay in touch and see how we both come along. Take care and hope to talk soon!

Hi - sorry, I have been so crazy at work, I rarely log on - and I miss everyone !!! This is wonderful - it is so nice to finally truly see results. I am glad to hear you are doing so well. It really is so easy - I wish I had done it years ago. Are you having problems with any foods? I still can't do lettuce and all of a sudden I don't like chicken. But that is ok tons of other stuff I do . Great to talk to you !! I have to get back on here more often - I miss all the conversations. Keep in touch !

Yeah, I didn't have any of the core things either. The biggest thing I had was the BMI over 40. I had leg and knee pain and slightly elevated cholesterol, but that was it. I should also add that at my initial appointment, I got on the scale with my shoes on and my purse which had every cell phone and set of keys we owned in it. She said "You can get on the scale whenever you are ready", so I just stepped on. She didn't say anything so I just acted like it was totally normal. Lol!! My doctors basically made up or over exaggerated all of the other stuff. Hey, I didn't care. Whatever it took to get me approved!!

Ive always wanted to take a cruise. That would be awesome for us to meet and celebrate success! Great job on your weight loss! Woohoo! I've had a problem with my foot and haven't been able to exercise. Grrr I go to the doctor Tuesday. I'll check with my brother about the cruise. Have a wonderful weekend!
