Yesterday I reached a huge milestone in my weightloss journey. I hit the 100 lb lost mark. On July 15, 2013 I was at my heaviest weight ever. 389 lbs! I am 5'11" tall. I felt beautiful, but my health was suffering, as was my mobility. I decided to make a big change.

Today is day 10 for me. Let me start by saying that I am doing great! I read all these horror stories of not being able to take fluids... and vomiting. ... and nausea and just feel so blessed.
