I live in North Carolina western North Carolina..to be precise and in the mountains away from everything.. Which in someways can be good but it's hard to make friends like the friends I had in England. Life long friends you just can't replace.. But I have met some lovely people just not the same as home.

Hello you made me smile too with your comment as when I first used to visit the USA I was amazed by the food here but I know better now. You do know I am not American?... British and Just married to a wonderful 6'4, retired cop..an American man. I am British and always will be.
I also loved coming here on holiday because I felt happy more comfortable with being larger as American people are not so judge mental about size as they are in UK. But I got sick with diabetes and I realised then I had to do something about it. However I much prefer British food it's safer as it has to be labelled here they don't always tell you what you are eating. So. Many things which bug me about food here.
Yogurts in England Yeo Valley are wonderful and just the top quality of food there is so good you don't realise how good it is until you live somewhere else.
I see you are in Southampton I lived near Guildford and always go back there when I am home. Hey keep in touch and good luck with everything

i saw a post on here where one woman said she realized she hadn't had to pluck her chin in a while. but that has not happened to me. my lady said the hairs were thinner and were coming out easier. who knows. i have to get electrolysis bc laser doesnt work for blondes. and even my dark hairs are only light brownish. plus i have tons of white/clear hairs. my labs were all nl. so dr told me it was just my genes. thanks mom. of note, my mom lost 150ish lbs 10yrs ago and has kept it off but i beleive she still gets touchup laser done on her chin. so if you have hormonal/weight related hairs you might be in luck. but apparently im just a wolf woman regardless of my size : )

Hi Angela I'm feeling fab, it's all a bit strange, major surgery and a week down the line I feel fantastic ! I'm doing ok re liquids and been making my own protein shakes and soups. I'm a bit scared re food when the time comes but I'm sure that's normal, I've lost 8.8lb since surgery! How are you doing !?? Xxx
