Thank you for taking the time to respond to my comment. I have had all the Dr.s send him the results directly. BMI 46, I do not have high BP, high cholesterol, or diabetes. Got laid off from my job; out of work for 4 years. I sat home depressed and didn't move and gained about 80 lbs. I hope I don't have any pain like you. One more question, did you have to go on a 2 week pre opt liquid diet, I know it's for the liver?

I have my psychological evaluation on Monday 11/4/13. This will be my last requirement. How long after you submitted to insurance did you receive a response....
