i'm glad you had a great x-mas, so did i !!!!!! wow,your down to 286 i'm very impressed what a great job, i am also down to 285 with 2 two week stall's and yes stall's are annoying.and your walking 5 miles a day that's inspirational stuff man!!!!!! i can just make it around the block once cause of my back, so i ride my bike 2 mile's a day and walk around the block once and that's it that's all i can handle. but it's been to cold to ride for the last 2 week's so i walk the block 3 time's a day until it get's warmer which doesn't take to long in arizona.have a safe new year and keep up the good work. tony

Hey. I'm so happy for you. My journey was a little bit more complicated than usual. I did have complications very bad ones but together with doctor Jawad and another group of surgeons I'm doing well. Dr. Jawad is a wonderful doctor and since we spent so much time working on my case we built a great relationship. You are on in wonderful hands. I can text Jawad anytime till today with concerns or question and he's always there for me. He knows me as Samilca. His partner is also a great doctor.

So glad to hear you are doing well save for that dreadful gas. I'm doing well, too. My arms were where the gad hit me and that discomfort left yesterday. My main incision is really the only place I'm experiencing issues and that is only when I am coughing.,yawning, laughing, and sneezing.
