Good luck 2 u with ur surgery and recovery

You are in countdown mode! Good luck this week - I am having surgery the following Monday and struggling through the pre-op diet but getting excited and nervous too. Hug Your Samoyed ... made me think of old Sam ... he was a beautiful samoyed too .... such a happy dog and was a great companion for me and my 12 year old daughter (she's 27 now!).

I am getting excited. I am on month 4. Have almost everything on the check list done.

I do have a funny update. I ate dinner tonight for 30mins thata right 1/2 hour to eat 1pre-op delicious homemade enchilada. Plus I have FINALLY mastered sipping my drinks. I am SO READY!!!

Lol well I looked in MyFitnessPal for dog washing and there isn't any listing as an exercise lmaooo although I did work up a sweat. Shhhh that dog sure is strong when he doesn't want to bathe.

I found some gruops that are really interesting as well as some fun people to talk to. It's all on my wall.
I have to bathe our bloodhound today. Think Toni will let me count it as an aerobic exercise? I am usually soaking wet and exhausted afterwards. Lmaooo although so his he haaahaaa. The tricky part is catching him & holding him.
