So, it has been a month since I blogged. Been so busy with all these required appts. So far I have met with my surgeon and he gave me all my scripts for pre-op testings and I have done the Upper Endoscopy, Sleep study, 4 lifestyle classes. I have 1 more weigh in that occurs in December. I have my Nutrition and Psych evals Dec. 31st. I still have to get my blood work done, EKG and chest x-ray and that is it. The surgeon's secretary called me yesterday to confirm that I am definitely a candidate for bariatric surgery and asked me if I wanted to move forward. I said "absolutely". So she scheduled my first lifestyle class and it is set for Aug. 22nd and she also scheduled my 1-1 consult with my surgeon for Sept. 19th.

I haven't blogged in 4 days. I was feeling horrible for the first 3 days and yesterday I took the kids to an amusement park. I'm so sore today from walking and holding on tight on fast rides and roller coasters lol.
