Being Too Full After Meals

Hey everyone! I'm almost a month out of surgery and I'm having a little trouble finding a balance with my eating. I'm finding myself overeating at some meals. Other times, I MIGHT eat 500 cals all day! How do you know when you're truly full before over eating? How do you find a balance? Any advice would help! Thanks.

Things are looking up for me! My surgery has been rescheduled to Nov. 21st! I'm exciting again!!! I think this date will work out better for me anyway because I'll have more recovery time at home and I plan on spending that whole time at my mom's, instead of relatives taking shifts with me at my place. I guess things happen for a reason.

Well...it looks like I'm going to have to wait a little longer for my surgery. I have a sinus infection and my doctor doesn't think it's wise to have the operation on Monday. I took it well, but I'm pretty bummed out. I was sooo ready!!! I'm hoping this clears up soon so I can start my transformation.

11 more days until my new life begins!!! I'm SUPER excited and motivated to start my transformation. I really hope I'll be able to stick to my program and get to my goal weight. Before pictures coming soon!
