Almost 1 month out, only lost 8Lbs since surgery and I am constipated. I have very little energy.

Well, its been a long four weeks. I haven't been having too many issues other than being constipated. I haven't lost any weight in the last two weeks, maybe because I am a little constipated. However, I drink prune juice to help but it works really slow. I've been eating chicken, eggs, mash potatoes, yogurt, beans with cheese.. although all my portions are very small.. I'm eating. Drinking is going slower.. I think I get about 60oz total.. water, protein drinks and prune juice. I do

It's been four days since my procedure (Gastric Sleeve) and I actually weighed myself.. I weigh more now than I did before surgery. My stomach is swollen and tender but, nothing looks infected and I don't have any kind of bacteria infection either. I had a hernia that my surgeon found during the sleeve surgery and fixed it. But I was having such bad sharp pains to the middle of my stomach at the very top. I was given an MRI to check for leaks.. but there wasn't any. I started to have really bad

This is a bummer... I have been trying to fight off a cold/cough but, didn't work. I'm sick!! My surgery was scheduled for Oct. 3rd but, there was no way I was going to be able to get it while being sick. I guess this gives me time to get better but, also to do the things I should've been doing.. Like eating right, exercising and making the changes I should be forming new healthy habits. I have done some but, not 100%. Have any of you had struggles with staying on track?? I feel like maybe I'm not
