I love that red dress. I know how good it feels to drop the dress sizes. I went from a 30-32 to a 14 in the last year. I am loving it.

I think my body has chosen the weigh it wants to be at
I have been stuck between 171 & 173 for almost 2 month. Even though my goal is 140-150. I think I'm good with it. I have went from a size 2x top to a small. My jeans went from a 24 to a 10 some 9's. I brought a dress that was a size 4. My older daughters don't want me to lose anymore. Now I just need to tone. I didn't do exercise during this weigh lost

Weighed myself this morning I'm at 180lbs. Getting close to that goal. Got a new pair of jeans over the weekend juniors size 13.

Went to Dr yesterday all is well. Have lost 100 pounds. I have gone from a size 22 to a size 14 in 6 months. I'm so proud of myself.

I went to the Dr yesterday. Its been 3 months since surgery and everything is going good. I go back in 3 months. From surgery date til today I'm down 48 lbs.

So far so good. Tomorrow will b 3 weeks and 2nd week of mushy food. I drink my protein shakes still because I don't get enough with food. Can't always eat it.

Hope you are doing well?
Things are great here, three months on Monday and am completely bak to normal.
I eat and drink without issue (just a smaller amount) and have lost 70 pounds to date (much of that was pre-op). I lose 0.5 - 2.0 pounds a week and am off all meds. I continue with my exercise regimen and ave 2 complete rest days a week, 3 strength/weight sessions with my trainer and run/jog 3 mornings (1.5 miles). I am so glad I didn't tell anyone about the procedure as it really is about long term lifestyle changes and smart choices.
